Steven D. Blumreich

Steven Blumreich President, BKD Corporate Finance, LLC

Steve has more than 25 years of merger and acquisition experience in a wide variety of industries and four years of public accounting experience. Before founding BKD Corporate Finance in 1994, he was director of the special business services group of Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange investment banking firm.

Steve is a registered general securities principal with FINRA and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, with a B.S. degree in accounting.

Patrick M. Hayes

Patrick Hayes Senior Vice President, BKD Corporate Finance, LLC

Pat is responsible for managing corporate finance engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, company divestitures and debt and equity financing. He has written merger and acquisition-related articles for several different publications. Pat also has the distinction of being one of the first 100 people to obtain the prestigious certified in mergers and acquisitions (CM&A) designation from the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors.

He previously worked in the finance department of Tracker Marine, Springfield, Missouri, and served in the United States Navy.

Pat attended Missouri State University, Springfield, where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. degree in finance. While attending Missouri State University, Pat was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a national honor society for collegiate schools of business, and Phi Kappa Phi, a national honor society.

Anthony M. Giordano

Tony Giordano Vice President, BKD Corporate Finance, LLC

Tony joined BKD Corporate Finance in 2007 and is responsible for managing corporate finance engagements including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, company divestitures and strategic option analysis.

He has more than 20 years of experience providing mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, bankruptcy transaction and financial advisory services. Tony has applied his knowledge in many diverse industries including technology, telecommunications, media, manufacturing and distribution, retail, restaurant, health care and insurance.

In 2003, he founded Santana Partners, LLC, a Denver-based investment banking consulting firm. As its managing partner, Tony provided investment banking and management consulting services to small and middle market companies including mergers and acquisitions, capital formation and financial advisory services. Before 2003, he was a partner and vice president with Daniels & Associates, L.P., a leading investment bank serving the communication industry, and a commercial banker with The Fuji Bank, Ltd., The Sumitomo Bank, Ltd. and United Jersey Bank.

Tony is a 1984 graduate of Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut, with a B.S. degree in marketing. He is a 1987 graduate of Regis University, Denver, Colorado, with an MBA degree. In 1992, he completed the Certificate Program for Advanced Study in Business - Corporate Finance at Fordham University, New York.

Jason A. Corson

Jason Corson Assistant Vice President & Senior Financial Analyst, BKD Corporate Finance, LLC

Jason joined BKD Corporate Finance as a financial analyst in June 2002 and was promoted to senior financial analyst and assistant vice president in 2007. He assists in managing corporate finance engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, company divestitures and debt and equity financing. Jason’s responsibilities include the oversight of transaction support and financial analysis, including the analysis of company and industry financial and market data.

Jason is a 2002 summa cum laude graduate of Missouri State University, Springfield, with a B.S. degree in finance. He is a 2004 graduate of Missouri State University with an MBA degree with an emphasis in finance. In July 2007, Jason completed the Alliance of Merger and Acquisitions Advisors’ program to become a certified merger and acquisition advisor (CM&AA), a premiere advanced professional credential available to today's business advisory professionals, including CPAs, CFAs and attorneys.

Austin G. Propst

Austin joined BKD Corporate Finance as a financial analyst in February 2007. He researches and analyzes company and industry data used by clients interested in mergers, acquisitions or divestitures or those seeking debt and equity financing.

Austin graduated cum laude from of Missouri State University, Springfield in 2006, with a B.S. degree in finance and received his MBA in 2007.
